Andy Paluri

PE, PTOE

As President and CEO, Andy is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day operations, expanding the market share in various disciplines, growth of the firm, staff, and client management, and overall profit and loss for the business in collaboration with the senior leadership including the Partners and Principles. He will be the point of contact for the Trilon family of firms representing CME.

Andy joined CME with over 35 years of experience in transportation, water, environment, properties and buildings, and energy business sectors in the NY, NJ, and PA areas. He is well-versed in planning, design, and construction management of infrastructure projects of all sizes. He previously served as the Mid-Atlantic District Manager for a large national Infrastructure firm. He played a key leadership role in growing the district and making it one of the company’s most efficient and profitable operations. He is affiliated with several professional, social, civic, and charitable organizations. He has served in leadership roles, such as President of ITE Metropolitan Section and currently serving as a Member of the ACEC NJ Executive Committee. He earned the “Excellence in Management” award from ASCE and the “Membership Recognition Award” from ACEC NJ, as well the “Community Leadership” award from Jewish Family Services.

Andy holds a Master of Science from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Andhra University in India. He resides in Monroe Township, NJ with his wife and two daughters.
